As well as support for continued involvement in further cascading of Generations For Peace programmes, advocacy efforts, and the development and maintenance of sustainable local partnerships, Generations For Peace Pioneers are also offered various other opportunities for their professional and personal development:

• Further training opportunities: Those Pioneers who have implemented successful tailor-made programmes in their local communities will be invited to take part in the advanced-level direct training programme through which they will receive additional skills that will help them better respond to the needs of their local communities when delivering more programmes on the ground.

• Becoming a Generations For Peace Facilitator: The Pioneers with remarkable communication and facilitation skills will be invited to receive further training and become Generations For Peace facilitators and coaches, in charge of delivering direct training programmes around the world, be it on a national, regional or international level.

• Working in the Generations For Peace headquarters: Opportunities for shorter or longer term secondments to the Generations For Peace headquarters in Amman, Jordan, may be offered to the Pioneers who have shown remarkable results and understanding of use of sport for peace and development.

• Scholarships Awards and Research Grants: With further development of the Generations For Peace Institute, scholarship awards and research grants will be offered to the Pioneers who will have shown particular interest in improving their academic credentials.
