Our hardworking Delegates began the morning with a reflection session. They were asked to consider what has been the most useful content they have learned over the past three days. Furthermore, they were encouraged to reflect on what else they would like to learn that would enable them to make positive changes in their communities.

Useful content included:

Analysing conflict – particularly the focus on the four dimensions of conflict.

Learning how to implement Sports For Peace and Art For Peace activities.

Developing their listening skills.

Assessing and addressing the needs within their different communities.

They would like to:

Focus further on monitoring and evaluation – how to evaluate their future projects.

Learn how to find common ground with their partners and communities, in order to find the best way to make positive change.

Focus more on advocacy.

Learn more on how to do follow ups.

Fortunately, these are all subjects that will be addressed in the following days!
