Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Officer
Abdalhaleem joined Generations for Peace (GFP) in August 2022 and currently serves as a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Officer.
In his position, Abdalhaleem is responsible for monitoring and evaluating all GFP programmes by supporting the design of innovative quantitative and qualitative Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks and tools, delivering data management, analysis, and reporting, and ensuring quality assurance and learning.
Originally from Jordan, Abdalhaleem holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Jordan in Business Information Technology.
Before joining GFP, Abdalhaleem started his career as a volunteer in the M&E department at the Jordan River Foundation (JRF). After graduating from university, Abdalhaleem worked as an assistant with INTERSOS and then as an M&E Officer at the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC).
Throughout his career, Abdalhaleem has led and supported M&E activities for projects such as Youth, Shelter & Settlements, Livelihoods, WASH, and Information, Counselling and Legal Assistance (ICLA); working in the Zaatari and Azraq refugee camps and within the host community.
Abdalhaleem enjoys music, sports, and travelling.
