Institutional Learning Department Coordinator
Badr joined Generations For Peace in June 2021 as an Institutional Learning Department Coordinator. In this role, he is responsible for supporting the development and deployment of the programmes quality assurance framework and other organisational learning frameworks. He also supports with planning, tracking, and filing capacity building, competency development, and testing sessions and assists in training and facilitation delivery, development, and tracking.
Badr is Jordanian and is of Palestinian and Lebanese descent. Before joining GFP, Badr interned with the External Relations Unit of UNHCR MENA Bureau.
Badr is proud that he conducted his educational studies in various countries around the world, including Libya, Syria, Sudan, Tunisia, and the United States of America. He earned his Master’s degree in Development Studies from SOAS University of London, and he also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom.
Badr is an avid reader and writer. In his spare time, he enjoys playing football, writing, travelling, and exploring Jordan.
