Jida Haddad

Jida joined Generations For Peace in March 2021 as Human Resources Officer. In this role, she is responsible for leading the administration and HR inductions of new recruits and interns by ensuring they have all the information, materials, and equipment to succeed in their roles. She also supports recruitment efforts across the organisation.

Originally from Jordan, Jida earned her Bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences from the German Jordanian University. During her undergraduate career, she also had the opportunity to study abroad in Germany at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft.

Jida has an extensive background working within the NGO sector. Before joining GFP, she worked as an HR and Administration Officer with the EU funded project EU Jordanian Democratic Institution and Development (EU-JDID). She has also been an active member of the Rotaract Club of Amman – Cosmopolitan since 2013.

Jida is a self-taught baker. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music and travelling.
