Mohammad Al Khatib
Mohammad an Accountant joined Generations for Peace in December 2014. His role at the organisation entails preparing journal entries, maintaining ledgers, preparing bank reconciliations, assisting with monthly closings, and supporting the Director of Finance and Administration with preparing financial statements, among other tasks.
Mohammad is from Jordan and completed his BSc in Accounting from Al Balq’a Applied University of Jordan. He later pursued his MSc in Accounting at the University of Banking and Financial Sciences.
Mohammad began his professional career as an intern with Talal Abu Ghazaleh Organisation in their external audit department, where he had an opportunity to work with certified professionals in different sectors: trading, services, manufacturing, and non-profit organisations. Between 2010-2014 Mohammad worked for Alekd Alfareed Co. Pioneer Agency. Prior to that he gained experience with Diretna Dairies Company Ltd and Taha & Qashou Agriculture Co.
Mohammad’s passion for fitness has always been an important part of his life, and he has practiced aerobics and weight lifting for many years. Mohammad also enjoys travelling with friends, playing chess, and spending quality time with his family.
