Nour Kursha

Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Coordinator. 

Nour joined Generations For Peace (GFP) in January 2024 and currently serves as a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Coordinator.  

In her position, Nour is responsible for monitoring and evaluating GFP’s programmes, delivering data management and analysis, ensuring quality assurance, and facilitating learning by supporting the implementation, she also takes charge of capacity-building activities.  

Nour works closely with the GFP-Institute, where she reviews, validates, stores analyses and presents MEAL-related workshops and trainings for internal and external GFP audiences.  

Nour holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Jordan. Prior to joining GFP, she volunteered in the King Abdullah II Fund for Development and the Jordan River Foundation. She began her career as an Administrative Coordinator in an educational company 

With over three years of experience in the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) field, she has worked with both national and international NGOs. In these roles, she served as MEL focal point for programmes focused on child safety as well as community empowerment. 

In her free time, Nour enjoys travelling, watching movies, and reading.
