Sara Saghir

Human Capital Management Intern


Sara joined Generations For Peace in November 2021 and currently serves as a Human Capital Management Intern. She is carrying out her role within the Support Services Department. Her central role is to assist in recruitment, induction and boarding process as well as filing and archiving documents. 

Originally from Jordan, Sara holds a master’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Corvinus University of Budapest, a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from The University of Jordan and Human Resources Diploma from International Pioneers Academy. Before joining GFP, Sara’s career path has taken her through Arab Bank as an HR Intern and AlWaedoun Company as a Team Leader and HR Officer. 

Sara’s main motivation is helping as many people as possible through her life journey. Before she travelled to study abroad, she was an active volunteer for Five years in Read For Me Initiative, where she helped the physically challenged students throughout their studies. Currently, she is excited to cultivate an experience in GFP and utilize it in helping people in Jordan and all around the globe.

In her spare time, Sara enjoys watching series, travelling and photography.
