Zain Al Ghraibah
Zain joined Generations For Peace in March 2020 as a MEAL Coordinator. In this role, she provides technical support and mentoring to the Programmes Department on applying compulsory GFP processes, such as quantitative baseline/endline surveys, pre/post assessments, and analysis, and implements accountability initiatives. She also contributes to data management and analysis by reviewing, validating, storing, analysing, and presenting M&E quantitative and qualitative data, and supports the implementation of quality assurance, accountability, and learning.
Originally from Jordan, Zain earned her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology.
Before joining GFP, Zain worked as a Data Collector at Save the Children Jordan before volunteering in the organisation’s MEAL Department. In this role, she was responsible for data management, data analysis, and designing tools using KOBO XLS form. She also has experience as a Teacher Assistant at UNICEF, where she taught children between the ages of 13 and 16 to use Arduino Programming to complete various projects.
In her free time Zain enjoys swimming, watching movies, and spending time with her family and friends.
